Very nice & clean hotel with friendly staffs. We went to hotel straight from SRT to drop our luggages first, however we got to check in earlier. We got to relax a bit, got changed & started exploring. Early check in saved a lot of time for us, thank you & really appreciate it. Love breakfast buffet. If you book in breakfast like 24 hrs ahead, you got discounted rate 😊

Hotel is designed in Western style and Christmas ambience in the lobby was really exciting! Staff is very polite and professional! The room and hotel amenities were also good. Location is perfect! Hotel has a western restaurant with decent food at reasonable prices. But the breakfast was just ok, mainly fitting to Asian guests taste.

She said everyone from the counter to the cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are good value for money.
